Okay, you are right, I was looking at the Office app and not the Outlook! I
was able to check the checkbox to virtualized and I am not sure what that
will change yet.  But I did finally get it.  

Should message header information be read automatically such as who it is
from, and if there are attachments?  If not, is there a command to get that
information?

Make sure you have Outlook running.
Make sure in the apps menu you are selecting Outlook Enhance and not 
Office Enhance.  Sounds like you are selecting Office Enhance.
