Hi everyone, Recently we had Window Eyes and Windows Live Mail installed on our computer. Although we are eagerly exploring the uses of our new computer access, we are tortured by slow, halting speech when the speaker lists each e-mail. We hear the first three words in choppy slow speech which is followed by three or four rapid words and then slow speech again.
I have my mouse, keyboard and screen set on a rate of thirteen, and it does seem that the Window Eyes messages are smooth and consistent. The e-mail messages, however, are difficult to understand and not always easy to navigate either. If anyone has a suggestion or has ever experienced a situation like this, I would so much appreciate your helpful advice or comments. Thank you so much in advance.
