I have had some strange things with Windows 7, IE11 and WE 8.4 as well. I had a problem logging in on a major bank site, but could do so in firefox. This lasted for about 10 days and all of a sudden I was successful in IE. I had called the bank for some technical help and was told since it was apparently an IE11 issue, I was on my own. However since it is now working, I suspect a web site problem was fixed. The purpose of my message is to suggest a similar result may occur for you. If the site does not work, until the fix gets in, you are probably are out of luck with IE.
