This problem has been going on for over a year since Learning Ally did their
not-so-great update to their site. When I last wrote them, they suggested
using Firefox. When I want to go into my account, I go in through the book
manager. As you maneuver through their site, you will need to turn browse
mode off to see some of the links, but it works.
