Looking for another way or another ap to select text; see the description for this one, Jamal's Select app which I have installed, to get a better understanding of what I'm looking for When an EditBox, RichEdit, or Microsoft Word document has focus (e.g., Notepad, Wordpad, a dialog control, or message area in Microsoft Outlook), press F8 to mark the start of a selection. Navigate to the end point by any means, positioning the cursor just past the last character to be selected. Press Shift-F8 to complete the selection, which selects text between the start and end points. Perform an action on the selection, e.g., copy, cut, or delete. OK me again: This one only works in edit fefields as read in the description, right? but is there another app that does the same thing but works everywhere else, for instance on a website in which I'd want to select a news article, or other selection tasks? Thanks for info.
