Hi Walt,
Try using the numpad to activate what you need.
I use skype and I have no problems.--
When WE8.4 is not speaking, I just left click on skype, contact, file
to open the menus
or
on a name in my contact
and I just type the name I want
arrow down until I hear the name I need and enter to make a call or the
context key for more options.
