Hi Marilyn: I run into that suggestion feature sometimes and, to get it to work I sometimes have to press the down arrow key and then the up arrow key to get the list to come up. Then sometimes, I just ignore it and type the entire name or email address or whatever. When it works, it's a great feature because it reduces the possibility of making typing errors by not making it necessary to type the entire email address or whatever, when it doesn't work it is just an annoyance. I know this may not be of much help, but I hope that I have given you some clue about making it work for you. Kevin Huber
