I set the options according to instructions from trenton as follows:
 1. Press CTR-Backslash for the control panel of WE.
2. Press Alt-A to open the Apps Menu, then hit A until ya hear: "Auto Complete."
 3. Hit right arrow, then Press Enter or O for options.
4. Make sure that: "Enable Inline AutoComplete," is checked. If not, hit "space."
 5. Tab once, then arrow down to radio button 3, which is called,
 "Speak Entire Line."
 6. The last two check boxes, are "optional," though may be useful.
 7. Press Enter, or tab to ok and hit space, to save changes.
As a side note, Auto complete seems to like "4" letters, instead of 3 for some edit boxes!

I entered part of my email address into the edit box on the BARD site in I E 11.
When I hit down arrow, it said one of the choices.
It was what I wanted, so I hit Tab to go to the password field.
Since I didn't need to enter that, I just shift-Tabbed back to the email address.
It read the address from the suggestion and was actually there to be entered.
I hit Enter and went onto the next page as logged in.

Once I got the settings done, it was a matter of playing with the other tips given by people on this list.
