Hi Michael,
I don't know if it is the best, but
I have been using
roboform togo
for many years.
I paid $20 or $30 I don't remember.
My only complaint is that as the browser software is updated, it takes
roboform awhile to get things into synch.
What this mean is that the hot keys will not work and you need to do
things manually.
The manual procedure is as follow: work and you need to press
window key plus b
type r to get to roboform then shift f10
then the letter f for fill
