Michael, I don't know if my nominee is the best password manager to use with Window-Eyes, but I can tell you that it is very Window-Eyes compatible, it is free, it is open source, and it is well-regarded. There are two parallel versions: 1.x and 2.x. Both work with wE. To determine which one is best for your system, have a look at the "Features List," a link accessible from the program's home page.
