I use trustfax.com. The website has its navigation accessibility issues, but, once set up, you never have to go to the website again, since everything is done via PDF email attachments inbound and outbound. For $20.00 U.S. per year, you get 70 pages of traffic, and you can set it up for auto recharge with your payment method to avoid service interruption should you exceed the limit. I don't use it much, but I have never had a problem with it. The only requirement is that you have to produce PDFs, and this is easily accomplished using a PDF printer driver; this driver works just like any printer on your system, to which you send the documents you are faxing.
