I believe the keystroke you're looking for is Insert-Minus on the numpad with the numpad turned off. Window-Eyes does have keystroke emulation that closely mirror those of Jaws. I've read about several scripts that allow one to do this, but I've never played with any of them. Perhaps someone else will shed more light on the Insert Key Layout or may be the Jaws Quick Keys.
