J/K: go up and down through message list: O: open message, which also expands the message while in conversation view. N: next Message. P: Prev Message. A: Reply to a message. Shift-A: Reply to all. As for chromevox, yes, it does work with Google Talk/Hangouts, either via GMail, Google Plus, or the hangouts extension. Hope this helps.
