Hi Martha:
I have had a lot of experience with using Team Viewer to have a friend
or, in my case, a sighted technician look at my computer.
The way I do it, is that I start team viewer, and it automatically
logs into my company's support site. then all I have to do is to give
my sighted technician a number which appears on my screen and he can
log into my computer, take control of it and see what is on my screen
and in my system, then he can fix my problem, or show me how to do
something, and even though he has control of my system, I can still
have control of it myself as well.
I hope this helps.
