Keep in mind that if your friend has a fully licensed copy of Microsoft
Office 2010 or later, then they can download and use a fully licensed
copy of Window-Eyes from windoweyesforoffice.com, in which case they can
use Window-Eyes' built-in Remote Assistance tool.
