I have tried everything numerous times and the simple fact is that WE will not read the new page. Refreshes don't work, redraws don't work and closing the browser and trying again doesn't work. Maybe just maybe if GW would just fix browse mode as promised it would work.

Hi Don:
Did you try to refresh the page? In internet Explorer, it is f5.
You can just closed the browser and opened the webpage again, if you
haven't done so already, and, make sure that the window is maximized.
Those are a few things that I would try if I were in your position.

Yep that should do it but in this cas it does not no matter how many
times I redraw the page.

Hi Don:
In a situation like this where Window-eyes will not read current
webpage information, try pressing insert-backslash to redraw the
screen.
You may have to do this a couple of times.

Running the latest version of WE and both IE and Firefox. Do a lot of

Have this problem with both IE and Firefox.
After placing a bid a new screen comes up that summarizes your bid and
tax and shipping charges. We does not read this screen but continues to
read the screen before it. Page refresh or redraw does not help.
Sighted help can easily read and complete the bid process. Just another
problem with WE and browse mode.
