That's correct, Sam.
I neglected to mention that stuff you just mentioned, about the full
Windows Pro operating System.
I never even mentioned the Surface Pro. <smile> I only mentioned the
facts that GW Micro has given us, even though I left out a few things. <smile>
If the Surface Pro has an Intel Processor, and if it runs Windows 8.1
Professional, then it will run Window-Eyes. <smile>
I do like the fact that the Windows tablets have SD card slots. I've
never seen one yet, but I'm going to hopefully look at them soon.
I sure wish I could get a Windows Tablet with Windows 7 Professional
on it and a keyboard.
Thanks much.

Not only does the serface need to run the right processor but, it must be
running windows pro or in other words a full OS.
Can't run on the windows RT versions or any mobile version of windows.
Thanks,
Sam

(revisited)
Dear Matthew,
GW Micro has repeatedly told us that Window-Eyes will only work on
a Windows tablet that has an Intel Processor. These are the facts
that we have been given
There are some tablets with keyboards on them, but they are expensive.
I know that Lenovo makes some Windows Tablets with keyboards on them.
Like I said, if it doesn't have an Intel Processor, you can not run
Window-Eyes on it.
We have been told that Window-Eyes will not work on any Windows
tablet that has the Arm Processor.
Thanks much.

Pat Ferguson
