Would be a wild guess. If you are using Firefox, do you happen to have the NoScript add-on installed? Could it be that you need to allow GW to store cookies on your machine? If the NoScript is installed, when reaching the GW homesite, hit Shift-F20, arrow up till you get to NoScript, then arrow once to the right. If it says "Allow GW", hit Enter on it.

I do not know, if GW requires cookies for searching their sites. But I do know, that this has been the bottleneck on other sites.

Another thing, if you just go to the general homepage of GWMicro.com, and in the edit box enter for instance the word "firefox", then hit Enter, will you get any results there? This just to determine if the trouble sits on their page, or in your computer.

Sorry for not being of more help. Likely others could give more useful tips, but this is all I could come up with at the moment. Unless GW is experiencing some technical issues on their web.

Hello listers,

It is almost two weeks now that I don't get any results from the knowledge base. I've typed words such as Firefox, Outlook, Word, etc. I only get "no search results found".

I'm using Windows 8.1, the latest versions of FF and WE on an HP machine. Any advice would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Morne
