Hello Yusuf,

Did you ever install the Office 2013 set files? If not, go to the
Window-Eyes control panel with Control-Backslash, choose File -> Factory
Settings, and verify that the Office 2013 entry shows as either
"installed" or "modified." If you see "not installed," then press Enter
to re-install them. Then, open AppGet with Windows-G, and install Office
Enhance, Outlook Enhance, and Wordnav. Finally, restart any open Office
programs and let us know if you can now hear the status of your emails.
