voice airing through my Logitech wireless speaker successfully.

With a SAPI synth you may have to set the sound card Windows uses for speech. 
This is because we cannot select the output device for SAPI synths in the WE 
control panel as we can with synths supported directly by Window-Eyes, e.g. 
Eloquence, DecTalk, Vocalizer. Here's how it's done in Windows 7.
1. Open the Windows control panel.
2. go to Speech recognition, then Text to speech.
3. Tab to the Advanced button and press spacebar.
4. Change the radio button from Use preferred audio device to Use this audio 
device.
Tab once and select the device you want SAPI speech to use.
5. Tab to OK and hit spacebar. Do the same again. Then close the control panel.
