Hi, Of course they could afford the budget of doing this if it made sense to do so. Why should they though if it is not going to provide them with any kind of return. It would make more sense for them to put time and resources in to skype itself or other projects verses putting time and effort in to a project that is not going to provide them with a return. Even Microsoft as big as it is need to make sure it allocates resources wisely. Hth
