Janet, Be sure that Browse Mode is turned off when you are composing a message. Sometimes it seems to come on and this affects the Windows Live Mail window. Press CONTROL-SHIFT-A to do this. Which version of Window-Eyes are you running and which version of Windows?Best regards,
