Greetings,

You likely have an older Window-Eyes app called "Skype" installed. This was 
maintained by Jeff Bishop but was discontinued when we released GWSkype, then 
renamed to GWConnect. To fix the problem, go into the Window-Eyes control 
panel, and navigate to Apps / App Management / Add or Remove Apps. In the 
dialog box which opens, select the entry labeled "Skype," click Remove, and you 
should be good to go.
