I'm also using 64 bit. Sam, I've found that once the message pops up telling you that virtualisation has been re-initialised and you need to restart Outlook for it to take effect, you also need to go into Addins, alt F, t, and then a twice until you here Addins. Tab across until you here manage, cursor down to disabled addins,, press spacebar to select, tab to go, press spacebar to select, cursor down until you here Outlook Enhanced, spacebar again to select, tab twice to activate, spacebar again, tab back to manage, cursor down until you get to active, spacebar to select, tab to go, cursor down to Outlook enhanced, press spacebar to select and then tab to okay. Hopefully that's all correct. That should get virtualisation working again, you may need to restart Outlook. But as I said at the top, I experience the problem each day. Also the outlook enhanced app has problems. The message virtualization doesn't work even though it's turned on. Any one else having troubles? In the Outlook Enhance app menu, there's an option that says, "Play Sound When Outlook Information Bar Appears." If you uncheck that option, the tone will not play. If you want to change the sound to something else, replace the InfoBar.wav file in your profile directory with your own.
