I received an excel attachment and tried to open using outlook 2010. I opened the message hit the tab key till I heard the word attachment and the name of the attachment. I hit the enter key and I heard nothing I had go to altyjaop to open the attachment. How can I fix this? If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
