Hi,
I also get attachments that say empty document. I understand that these are most likely a scanned document. I am not understanding what to do next. Do I open the document and then look for a MS function that will convert it to a PDF? If so how is that done? WE does fine reading a PDF, so if that works problem solved. I have had luck printing the document and then using a KNFB reader to get it to read. I too have a very old version of open book. Without a scanner can you use it to convert to text? Sorry for the questions, but scanning is becoming a more usual way of getting copies of documents. Your help would be appreciated.
