And yet: GW Micro won that law suit, and that victory should have dented the reputation of Freedom Scientific.

Hello Heidi, as for the hanging I have to say I have encountered very few
hangings with w.e. Their was a few times where I got the loud beep boop boop
sound and it crashed and I switched to shark for fixing it but then it went
away. I wonder if it was because of the freedom scientific lawsute that gw
was in that caused them to go behind the times. In all of my years as a w.e
user, I found the program very stable, hardly crashed, etc. etc. etc. It
also seemed to work decently with IE/Firefox. Lets hope w.e can get up to
standards. One of my goals was eventually to ensure that it was one of a
range of options in workplaces that could and can rival jaws especially with
scripting custom applications.

I kind of find it ironic that we has an agreement with Outlook! We can
outlook is so buggy that whenever I use Outlook now I just use John's. There
were things about weed that I like better, but I can't tolerate the hanging
up that occurs with way. Joyce has similar issues I think with the calendar,
but they are not anywhere as severe as the auto complete feature in Outlook
mail

Hi. Vaum. Yes, the tech industry appears to be passing Window-Eyes by,
but I think this problem will get fixed as we 9.0 comes out and the
agencies realize that squared has a screen reader as well as a
magnifier that they can buy. In all my years as a college, and
high/middle students, Window-Eyes has never been included as an
option. Only the shark was included because the institutions had a lot
of money to getting the shark instead of WE. As a result some students
of the hsark from years ago have tried w.e and they find the switch
very hard, even with the jaws layout, but a few, like myself, and a
few others, has made it. Also keep in mind that a lot of organizations
did evaluate w.e when the office deal came out but they rejected it
and went back to nvda/jaws partly because of it not being standards
compliant. Either way, I still like aisquared/gwmicro and the people
that work there, and w.e as well for some things. When it comes to
audio engineering, and recording, I use caketalking from dancing dots, and
the shark.

But Edward: you can use v8.4 with Firefox.

The broader question though is that we do need a new Window-eyes
sooner rather than later. The industry appears to be passing Window-eyes
by.
Its shortcomings are more than just with Internet Explorer v11.

I think it is likely to coincide with the release of Windows 10.

Not sure, but i'd guess the answer to be whenever it's ready.
