I use several different screen readers and while I do think that WE is going
through major changes and I hope will address the serious issues with WAI-ARIA,
for you or anyone else who thinks that FS is behind all this is the stupid one.
It does neither company any good to do something such as what was indicated in
this post.  I have no dog in the fight as I use them all for different reasons,
however, to even make such an accusation is beyond stupid!!!!

Thank you Peter. I couldn’t have said it better.

I am leaving your message here as some people need to read it again.

Some people just have too much time on their hands. They should use the extra
time to do something constructive instead of spreading these unfounded and
ignorant rumors.

Subject: The Silence is Deafening; Stupid Rumors from Ignorant People

Where does such harmful and stupid rumors come from?

Remember the best prediction of future performance is past performance.

Is FS (behind the sceens) fostering these wild accusations?

GW Micro has been above-board for about a quarter century now, so what's the
problem here?

Who is dumb enough to entertain the idea that Microsoft and AI Squared would
both embrace a product that is other than the best?  What's wrong with you
folks?  Where has your common sense gone to?

Here's my prediction: The next major release of Window-Eyes will include a
robust Browse Mode, support for the latest Access Technology requirements for
the Web, and, as usual, work seamlessly with many more commercial programs.

As past history shows: Releases of JAWS are haphazard, no encompassing overview
of market trends. As published reports about Microsoft indicate: Microsoft,
with its new CEO, plans a vertical product line concept: one operating system
to work on all major platforms, computers, tablets, mobile devices, and so on.
I am sure that Window-Eyes will head in that direction as well.  The best is to
come from GW Micro and AI Squared!

Disclaimer: I don't work for either company, have no stock in either company,
have no "inside track" in either company, but I do have common sense - which is
apparently in short supply on this list recently.

Again, the best predictor of the future is past performance, and, as most of
you know, GW Micro has delivered top-notch products consistently for a quarter
century now.

So, less silly and harmful rhetoric, more common sense, and wait for
developments.
