Although I agree with what you have said, I also do believe that any screen reader company has an obligation to their consumers. I have been a long time window eyes user and up until recently would have never considered using any of their competition. I am comfortable with the interface, I am comfortable with the commands and really historically have applauded the performance. More recently I have been very dismayed with the instability of window why this is not me being paranoid for being unfaithful to her products, it is my daily reality. It affects my work. I am hoping that window eyes will improve its product so that my frequent crashes are lessened.
