Hi All:

I'm having a Window-Eyes issue, at least I think it's a Window-Eyes issue.
Earlier this week, when I was bootting up my computer, as the system was
coming up, I heard the three beeps like Window-Eyes had encountered an
error. When Window-Eyes came up, there was no dialog to send AI Squared an
error report. However, since this happened, I've had two big issues.
First, when I go to the Windows 7 start menu, I don't hear Window-Eyes say
'Search box edit'. Secondly, when I'm in my folders, arrowing up and down,
Window-Eyes won't read the names of the folders or files as I press the up
or down arrow keys. All I hear is other file details like date created and
in the case of folders, some of the files they contain.

I don't have issues in other places where I'm using the up or down arrow,
such as reading email messages in Microsoft Outlook. I've tried maximizing
the screen in my folders, changing options in the view menu and nothing
seems to help. I've also re-installed the Default set files and this hasn't
solved the problem either. I really need to get this fixed because it makes
WE unusable in my folders; I've had to bring JAWS up which I happen to have
to find and work on documents. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do
to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Ray Campbell
