Ray,

Two things to check:

1.  In addition to installing the default Window-Eyes sets, please also 
reinstall the sets for Windows Explorer. When done, restart Window-Eyes.
2.  If the above doesn't work, open the WE control panel, and press Alt-H, A to 
open the Window-Eyes "about" dialog. If you see, "Mirror Driver not attached," 
then your issue is likely that our video support is unable to communicate with 
your graphics card. If that's the case, reinstall the latest drivers for your 
video hardware from the manufacturer's website, and reboot the machine.

Let us know if your Explorer and Start Menu issues continue.
