You didn't mention a browser or web page. But I set my "Allow automatic
form interaction" to No as you have it. I launched IE 11 and went to
gwmicro.com. I tabbed to the edit, I was left in BM. I hit enter and I
was able to start typing in the edit. I did the same steps with Firefox
and again was able to type in the edit.
