I did ask for help in an email i sent, and got 0 responses. I
understand there is a learning curve, but when the operating system
won't even work, it's hard to get started. Walt i understand about
keeping up with the times,but if that means having a big paperweight on
my desk, it's not worth it. My dad is sighted, and so is my aunt. She
went back to windows 7 recently as well, so as far as i'm concerned,
windows 8 is a dud.
