my dad and i spent a five hour session trying to get the computer to do anything, and it simply refused so we hit alt r for return to store. could have waited till hell froze over. Windows 8 is a dud!

I'm sure getting used to an apple will be challenging, but you know
what.  The operating system works, windows 8 does not.  When we tried to
get the os working, it kept freezing up, and dad was unable to figure
out how to answer the questions.  I don't care if they come out with
windows 100, i'm done with windows.
