Could there be some floating window on top of the dialogs? That sometimes
hampers readability.

Bill Belew actually meant Control-Shift-W rather than Control-Alt-W to read
the currently active window, the latter being the restart WE hotkey.
If you ensure that your mouse boundary rotor is set to Active Window, you
could use the mouse to navigate the dialog, and that hotkey is
Control-Shift-B.

Subject: WE beta and Win 8.1
Having great difficulty reading dialog boxes with WE beta 3 and Win 8.1.
For example when copying files to a file there is a dialog box showing
the progress. With Win 7 you could read the dialog box. With Win 8.1 I
have not found a way to do it. I can use the tab key to check the box
for more details but then can't read them. Tried alt tabbing back to
the dialog box with no better ability to read the dialog box.
Any help would be appreciated.
