For example when copying files to a file there is a dialog box showing the progress. With Win 7 you could read the dialog box. With Win 8.1 I have not found a way to do it. I can use the tab key to check the box for more details but then can't read them. Tried alt tabbing back to the dialog box with no better ability to read the dialog box.
