I just tried going to youtube in internet explorer 11 using windows 7
64-bit, and IE became really sluggish. I could turn browse mode on and
off, but that was about it. This is odd for sure.
and it's even worse in Firefox. I hope this can be fixed soon as I
visit youtube a lot.
