I have been a long time user and supporter of Window Eyes since version
4.11. It has been the best out there. However I have to agree on this
particular issue. We once had this functionality of the mouse keys and the
physical mouse to read the screen and now after paying for version 8 and 9
these functions have disappear. I know that changes made by Microsoft has
caused some of these problems, but there should be a way to bring this
back. We should not loose a feature in newer upgrades.

Subject: Ai Squared's lack of response
Hello, Ai Squared? Ai Squared? Hellooooo, is there anybody out there? I am
really starting to wonder! Can you blame me? Before you answer hastily,
here me out. I recently asked for someone, anyone, fworking either as a
direct employee of, or someone working with, Ai Squared to weigh in so to
speak, to provide us, your so called customers, with some feedback as to
why exactly the mouse keys don't work right anymore, and we're all
expected to revert to using versions of software that are in the case of
Mozilla Firefox, five, actually more than five, versions old just to
regain that small bit of functionality. Ai Squared, you say nothing? Isn't
that the case guys? Did I just miss it? Or did Ai Squared really not
address any of the questions I asked? Ai Squared, I ask you, how am I, and
most if not all of us by extention, supposed to feel about that? I'd like
for you to know Mr. Brendon Donohue that I for one agree with a lot of the
sentiments that you, and precious few others have been expressing to Ai
Squared recently. I feel like those of us who are blind, although several
of us on this list at least are calling for change and improvement, are
nevertheless being left out in the cold! I feel like our suggestions and
requests, no matter how thoughtfully or cordially offered, are falling on
nothing but deff ears! Why is that Ai Squared? Why is that? Are you going
to again say nothing? Here's hoping not, and I do apologise for the
charged tone of this letter 'cause I'm sure you're not enjoying reading
it, but Ai Squared, how am I supposed to feel? I know that y'all have
recently completely re-written browse mode, and I'm sure that was quite an
undertaking. No doubt about it. The thing is though, we, as your
customers, are writing you, quite often it seems, with complaints. With
things that need to at a minimum, be at least acknowledged and addressed
publically, so that we as your customers can feel confident that you are
listening to us! That you are in fact, actually taking the time to read
our emails! That you are doing what you have been given money to do.
Namely, to manufactur and develop, and I quote from your user manual,
"Window-eyes: Performance, Reliability, and Stability". Just so y'all
know, for any who may not in other words, the latest stable public release
of Firefox is 35.0.1. Thoughts?
