Hello All:

To amplify a bit on what Karyn said, as someone who used to do Software
Development, I can tell you when you undertake major revisions in a product as
AI Squared did with Window-Eyes, issues are bound to come up. Also, with
products like screen readers, they need to work with the most widely used
software by the customer base. While many are using products like Firefox and
Thunderbird, which is their right, I believe most people in the windows space
use products like Outlook and Internet Explorer. So, AI Squared needs to make
sure WE works with those and other popular products.

Also, on the F8 selection issues, I’m having absolutely no problems running WE
9.0 and IE 10. I just used this selection method to pull addresses out of
email lists which we are migrating from one program to another.

AI Squared is doing the best it can I believe, trying to respond to the
concerns they are hearing both on this list and through other means.
Window-Eyes is still an excellent product, and I for one like 95% of what I’ve
seen.
