Hi Brian: If I might weigh in on this discussion, If I press numpad insert+numpad delete, it says "mark" but when I press insert+numpad slash, it says "mark". To know what a key or key combination on your keyboard is doing, press insert-1 on the number row to get in to Key Describer Mode, then press insert+numppad / and and it will tell you what that key function does.
