Hello Amy, If you have a 64-bit machine, use http://download.microsoft.com/download/A/3/8/A38FFBF2-1122-48B4-AF60-E44F6DC28BD8/ENUS/amd64/MSEInstall.exe. If you have a 32-bit computer, download and install http://download.microsoft.com/download/A/3/8/A38FFBF2-1122-48B4-AF60-E44F6DC28BD8/ENUS/x86/MSEInstall.exe.
Note that if you are using Windows 8 or 8.1, it comes with Windows Defender, which is essentially MSE with a different name.
