Hi, When you have this problem. arrow on to the email, don't open it. press the context key, arrow up to properties and press enter. Press enter again, as it is o.k by default. You can now delete the email. Strangley enough, if this happens and you haven't opened an email, you can often open it in your deleted items folder when this task has been completed. Wierd I know but that's wlm for you.
