Hi child,
press window key
type the program you want
for example firefox
it will be the first program highlighted
press context key or shift F10
press n
to send to
press d for desktop and you are done.
By the way, if you are going to open that program with a hotkey, you
need not put it on the desktop.
In stead of press n to send to,
just press r for properties
tab to the hot key edit box,
and just enter the hot key,
then tab to ok then enter and you are good to go.
