I upgraded from WE 7.5.4.1 to WE nine, taking advantage of the prior purchase discount, which, as you will recall, was $175 for the upgrade to WE eight point four, then $125 for the upgrade to WE nine. The total price was $300 plus 7 percent sales tax for Indiana residents. I just checked my invoice (If you need that number, I will send it directly to you.) and there is a $10 Fed Ex charge. Either your information is incomplete, or I paid $10 for something Ai Squared does not intend to ship to me. Although I had unsubscribed from gw-info for a period of time, I have kept my subscription to gw-news active throughout. If there was a policy change regarding shipment of physical cd upgrades, I would have hoped that newsworthy. Regardless, I request clarification. Should I expect to receive a physical cd in the mail?
