Our policy has not changed. SMA users automatically get the CD without
question or extra fee. Those that upgrade (without an SMA) have the
option of receiving the CD or not. If they chose to receive the CD
there is an extra cost. I just checked and yours is in the queue to go
out today or tomorrow. All the English SMA CDs have been sent and we
are following up on those that upgraded, such as yourself.

purchase discount, which, as you will recall, was $175 for the upgrade to WE

my subscription to gw-news active throughout. If there was a policy change
regarding shipment of physical cd upgrades, I would have hoped that
newsworthy. Regardless, I request clarification. Should I expect to receive
a physical cd in the mail?

The discs are sent out free to SMA holders. If you just upgrade from 8.4 to
9.0 or need a replacement cd for your version there is a charge.
