Hi all. I apologise if others have reported this, but as I wasn't having the problem, I didn't pay attention.
So: whenever I press "enter" to go to the body of a message, I'm taken back to the "from" field. This has been ever since installing Window-Eyes v9 on my employer's Windows seven machine. We are using Office 2010. Other aspects of Window-eyes v9 are a definite improvement on this workstation - keyboard responsiveness for text entry is much much better. Thanks for suggestions as to how to fix this strange focusing problem in the Outlook message body.
