Just tracking back from most recent in the message queue: it seems to be browse 
mode related, and really should not be a problem.

Outlook is a basic and core application in the modern business world, so how 
can issues like this slip through?

Hoping for some positive feedback from tech support soon.

I have had this same issue with Outlook 2007 since I installed the WE 9 upgrade 
a week ago.  I have contacted Tech Support by telephone and also had a few 
emails on this as well.  My last contact was last Thursday.  I have not heard 
back, so I am assuming that no solution has been found.

Just so I can read my messages, I use the reply command and I can read the 
message.  Of course I do not actually send a reply in most cases.  I am just 
trying to read the message body.  I have had mixed success using the alt-tab to 
move away from the message and then alt-tab back to it as another way to read 
the message body.

Hoping for a solution soon,

Hi all.

I apologise if others have reported this, but as I wasn't having the problem, I 
didn't pay attention.

So: whenever I press "enter" to go to the body of a message, I'm taken back to 
the "from" field.  This has been ever since installing Window-Eyes v9 on my 
employer's Windows seven machine.  We are using Office 2010.

Other aspects of Window-eyes v9 are a definite improvement on this workstation 
- keyboard responsiveness for text entry is much much better.

Thanks for suggestions as to how to fix this strange focusing problem in the 
Outlook message body.
