thats because the set file is installed by default when you install w e. w e does not create set files automatically. you have to either create your own or associate them if they did not do so by default. sometimes the set files will be installed but did not associate with your programs when you run them. in this case you have to do this manually. in my case i would have to do this because the kurzwile set files are not installed.; i uninstalled all the set files i have no need for to save disk space.
