Hi Raul,
I did the update via the download on line. I first tried doing the online
update but could not get it to work that way. Apparently HIMS is having
problems with there site.

Good morning Chuck. Try running the update firmware feature. We found a
problem concerning the file manager and any program which utilizes the
flashdisk will exhibit these symptoms.
So, if you have an Ethernet cable handy, plug it in and do an online
update, if not, then download the firmware from the following link from a
PC, copy the unzipped files to a memory card and perform an offline
upgrade.
Note, these problems are only with a small select units.
