If you have the May 30 version, you are fine in not upgrading at this time. When the official update comes out, we will announce it and you can safely upgrade. the problem was only with the June 20 firmware releases.

Many thanks.

Even if are b32s don't have problems, is it still worth upgrading? I've got the
May 30 version.

Good morning Chuck. Try running the update firmware feature. We found a problem concerning the file manager and any program which utilizes the flashdisk will exhibit these symptoms.

So, if you have an Ethernet cable handy, plug it in and do an online update, if not, then download the firmware from the following link from a PC, copy the unzipped files to a memory card and perform an offline upgrade.

Note, these problems are only with a small select units.

The link follows:

Hi List,
I received my BrailleSense Plus today. I haven't been able to find my different drives, get the web browser to work for favorites except for my home page, set up my address book, and I'm having to reset a lot. Is anyone else having these problems?
 Help would be appreciated.
Living in the Present One day at a time, This is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past. For it is gone. And do not be troubled about the future. For it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful. That it will be worth remembering.
